VCFA withdraws PUD application
Original Source on City of Montpelier Website: Application Update 02 17 2023 VCFA.pdfPer City of Montpelier Development Review Board (DRB) public materials, VCFA withdrew their application for Planned Unit Development (PUD). VCFA submitted an application for a PUD in December 2022.
In an email dated February 17th 2023 to Meredith Crandall and the Montpelier Development Review Board , Katie Gustafson, CFO/VP for Finance & Administration at VCFA, requested withdrawal of the campus PUD application.
Additionally, Gustafson announced an upcoming community meeting:
”[W]e will be holding an open community meeting at VCFA on Thursday, March 2nd at 7pm with the team who plans to purchase 3 of our campus buildings to begin that dialogue and provide Montpelier residents with the concrete information they need to help them share our excitement for the future of the campus.”
